Best Change order program - Takes some time to setup

It is a phenomenal program but you have to take a week so set up all of your lists. Pays for itself quickly. Greg is a wizard and they continue to make it easier and faster and do more all of the time. I track over $60m in projects and it gives me a complete pic from my 10 pms. I spent the time to train staff and teach it to make it work. It would be great to allow an import lookup from Home Depot and RS Means but still amazing.
iPhone App lacking

The application for iPhone needs revamped so the same functions are available thru the cell as it is on a tablet or PC. This app is useless and only serves to frustrate upon attempted use. Viewing the RFIs is a pain, and you cannot view or send message responses from within each COR open item. Filtering is also a joke, and needs to have more options available across all platforms. GC should have an option to select certain divisions possibly effected by a change which in turn automatically distributes the notification to the relevant contractor/sub groups. It’s not a horrible concept, but there are many programs that exist and function better at performing the tasks that this software solely provides. Not only do other programs do it better, but they do other things in addition to change order tracking. If this is going to be a 1 trick pony, the trick better be the best in the show.
