Some small fixes

This update of the parents app has a lot of new features and changes. The most bigger changes are the menu structure which changes from a side menu into directly accessible features at the bottom of your screen. Placements are now presented in a monthly view. The calendar will show you all details at selected date. You can easily change your placement demands. Even for a period at once, just hold down at the startdate if the period and tab another date. There is much more interaction via the calendar between the organisation and you as a parent. Events can be communicated via the calender event indicator. While requesting a placement you will be notified directly if there will potential restrictions. Profile are redesigned for parents, children and contractpersons. Besides all these change also the performance has been increased.
