SUPPORTING UK GAS ENGINEERS SINCE 2017. CREATE AND SEND CERTIFICATES, MANAGE JOBS, CUSTOMERS, INVOICES AND QUOTES—ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
Built for the job, Gas Certificate App helps UK gas engineers replace paperwork with a faster digital workflow. Create, store and send professional gas certificates, manage customers and jobs, schedule work, and prepare invoices and quotes.
Supporting gas engineers for more than nine years, the app is built for sole traders, growing teams and larger organisations that need reliable access to their paperwork on site, in the office or on the move.
CREATE AND SEND GAS CERTIFICATES
Complete industry-standard records from your iPhone or iPad, add electronic signatures and send finished documents to customers without returning to the office.
The certificate library includes:
• Landlord and Homeowner Gas Safety Records, including CP12
• Gas Service and Breakdown Records

WORK OFFLINE AND SYNC LATER
No signal at the property? Continue without an internet connection. Create certificates, access customer information and manage your schedule offline, then sync your records automatically when you reconnect.
MANAGE CUSTOMERS, JOBS AND TEAMS
Keep customer details, property addresses, job history, photos and documents organised. Certificates, invoices, quotes and attachments are automatically associated with the relevant address, helping you find previous work quickly.
Use the calendar and diary to schedule appointments, create job sheets, assign work and keep your team informed. User permissions, reporting tools and dashboards give businesses visibility across their workload.
CREATE INVOICES, QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
Build professional invoices, quotes and estimates from the same app. Monitor payment status, identify outstanding or uninvoiced work, send quote-acceptance emails and support Domestic Reverse Charge VAT where required.
AUTOMATE SERVICE REMINDERS
Stay ahead of annual inspections and encourage repeat business with automated customer reminders. Send service-due and appointment reminders by email or SMS and track important emails.
