There very rude to you when you ask a question. And they basically criticize you for asking it

I feel very bad negative energies from this app and with the advisors. Plus they are rude and cold hearted and non compassionate.

Upon sign up, you get one free question. Got an “answer” and the typical “I can answer better with a reading”. Paid for a reading just to get a reply stating “I will need to do a full reading including career, finances etc. please reply with ok or just focus on the love life.” You can’t reply for free. You have to pay. AGAIN. I tried to email support. Doesn’t work. Bounced back with bad email address. So we’ll see if I actually get a reading.Over 24 hours now since I paid for a reading and have nothing. Looks like the only way I’d get an answer is to pay $10 to the reply when I said I wanted a reading. Support email does not work. No way to contact anyone to get a refund.Update: the app responded on here saying they had no email from me. Of course not, because in the above I stated twice their support email didn’t work and I’d get replies saying it was a bad email. I guess they fixed it because I was able to email them. The response I got was “we’ll look into it and talk to the psychic”. After “looking into it” they offered me a refund. No response as to why the psychic couldn’t answer. Said they could PayPal me a refund. I don’t do PayPal. They then said I’d have to email Apple support with iTunes for a refund. Two weeks later I still have no reply from Apple. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all. Worst ever.
