After using GATE, my first thought was, “Is it even possible to be this secure?!” With multi-layer verification, cold wallet storage, and constant security alerts, my assets feel like they’re locked inside a fortress. Even hackers might give up and go back to study cybersecurity!Convenience-wise, it’s a total winner. The interface is refreshingly clean, depositing and withdrawing funds is as easy as scrolling through social media, and the trading speed? Lightning-fast! Awful scammers
I tried to send a little over $4500 to another crypto wallet I had an initially it was put in and apparently the withdrawal failed. When I asked customer service a number of times while it was still being reviewed what was taking so long, no response day after day I asked the same question with no response and thenit was failed. I tried it again and it was being reviewed and I contact customer service to let them know that it’s been put in under the wrong network. It’s they could cancel the transaction since it was pending because I noticed it was put in under the wrong network and for five days in a row, I could not get any response. I tried different times each day and it was under the pending then I noticed they moved it to being reviewedand again I tried over and over and it said in these two status for over 10 days with no response from customer service then the transaction was processed and I asked the platform I was sending to if they had any visibility of it and they asked for the house number and they were willing to go get it for me if I could get the hash number so I contact it. Customer service at gate for just a house number all I asked was the house number and they were very rude and told me to leave them alone and they close my account and I was unable to even go get any information so yes, I would consider them scammers.

Awful scammers

I literally have used every single app from Binance to polio to KuCoin and Huobi. None of them are nearly as easy to navigate as this one and I literally just opened it up five minutes ago and it took me 30 seconds to realize that this was gonna be my new number one day trading app!!!And another thing, most exchanges have far more features and accessibility on their actual website, but this application is literally designed to mimic thewebsite but even easier! This is a first for me finding an app this good in the App Store and general much less a crypto currency trading application which are very hard to come by as it is on ios

Horrible - KYC is a headache

I am so frustrated with this service that I had to express it in a review.This app and service is horrible. Let me point out the many reasons …1. KYC is a long and drawn out process with little things added as you progress. Seems like an endless maze of information input and photos.2. You need to do the KYC on a browser, as the app does not have all nations in its database via the app, which make little sense to me. Just another means to confuse and lose customers. 3. One KYC is done, you are also given a 24 hour withdrawal ban, as to make sure no one is stealing my funds?? Idk weird.4. After 24 hours, you then are asked to out in information for a a withdraw, but oh wait! They need your phone number, better register that in the system as well … and another 24 hour ban due to security information changes.5. Support is very subpar, and the chat robot just put in circles and redirects you until you can finally get the option to speak to a human. Which usually just brushes you off to find the answers yourself. Overall worst experience with a crypto trading app that I’ve ever experienced. The KYC is also very obnoxious, messy and complicated. I wish I never deposited money. Thankfully it was only a small amount. I am going to do what I need to so I can get my money back and then putting this service in my rear view mirror. I don’t know how this app/service is even around.
