Great mobile banking with it had no issues except sometimes it log off while processing transaction sometime and recent update it takes ages for the app to transfer to the log in page

The app has come a long way

The first version was a total flop. But this bank is determined to make things better. As of 2021, the app is quite solid, feels snappy and is very stable. I only wish third party app authentication was an option. Like Google Auth or Due. I travel frequently and my Bahraini phone line won’t be necessarily functioning to recieve OTPs over SMS. Besides, SMS authentication is less secure due to the possibility of “Sim Jacking”. Other than that, this is one of the best Banking apps in Bahrain.

Great app but UI breaks

For sure you guys have come a long way and some features are absolutely great and thoughtful The problem I am having is the UI is broken for iPhone 14pro max. The. Menu options at the bottom of the screen are now inoperable like payments transfer. This has been the case for sometime and recently it has gotten worse. Hope you can fix this quickly

The app doesn’t show all of the financial, cards and payments information most of the times, I have one credit card that I pay for through the app every month but it doesn’t show in my cards tab, also I have a finance account that used to show in previous versions but not any more besides the lagging when switching between pages
