This update brings a wide range of fixes and improvements across the app, covering everything from project management to time recording, absences, and notifications.
PROJECTS
Resolved multiple issues in project management: user assignment now works correctly for all roles, permission checks are applied consistently, and filter behavior has been stabilised. Team members see the right projects and the correct access level without needing to force-refresh or log out. We also fixed an edge case where recently assigned users were not immediately reflected in project lists.
WORKDAYS AND BREAKS
Corrected errors in the recording of workday start and end times, as well as break durations. The app now handles edge cases correctly — including overnight shifts and back-to-back breaks — and time totals in reports are accurate. A bug that could cause duplicate entries under certain network conditions has also been resolved.
CALENDAR
The origin of each clock-in entry is now clearly displayed in the calendar view. Users can easily distinguish between manual entries, automatically recorded times, and assisted suggestions, making it simpler to audit and correct records when needed.
PIN MODE
Fixed connection and stability issues in PIN mode that could cause the app to hang or fail to authenticate in certain network environments. Devices using PIN-based access will now connect more reliably, and the timeout behaviour has been improved to avoid unnecessary re-authentication prompts.
ABSENCES AND LEAVE
Resolved several errors in the absence and leave management module. Approved absences are now shown consistently across all views, leave balance calculations are correct in all scenarios, and the conflict detection logic has been improved to avoid false positives when overlapping leave requests are submitted.
PROFILE PHOTO
Fixed an upload error that prevented some users from setting or updating their profile photo. Both the initial upload flow and the photo replacement flow are now working correctly.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Improved the reliability and timeliness of email notification delivery. Notifications for approvals, rejections, schedule changes and reminders now send promptly, include the correct recipient information, and respect the user's notification preferences.

Now from the vacation request email or assisted email, clicking on the link will take you directly to the screen for you to carry out the management.

Your employee has left the company but you would like to keep history? Now, you can disable the employee so information cannot be modified and keep track of old information. Don't worry! We know that you are busy and we want to help you so that signing is very simple and can be managed in short time. With the latest version of Worktime Tracking you will be able to create timetables for all company personnel and activate signing attendance.
With the assistance, the system will automatically generate the time records that each employee should have made, and they will only have to validate them when they enter the application. In this way, in less than 2 minutes, you can manage all the time records generated for a working day.
