nowucme – Share Live Location
Live location, on your terms
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Share where you are, for exactly as long as you want.
nowucme lets you share your live location with friends and family by sending a simple link. They see you on a map in real time. When the time you chose is up, you disappear. No accounts, no contact lists, no ads.
SEND A LINK. THAT'S IT.
Pick how long to share (1 hour, 8 hours or until you stop), then send the link through Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram or any app. Your friend opens it and follows you on the map.
STAYS ON IN THE BACKGROUND
While you are sharing, nowucme keeps your position up to date even when your phone is locked or the app is in the background. iOS shows a blue indicator, so you always know it's on. Stop with one tap and your location is removed from our servers.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• Sharing is always opt-in and always time-limited.
• One tap to stop. Your location is deleted immediately.
• Follow up to 10 friends on one map, with "updated" times on each pin.
• Name your friends, see how long they'll take to arrive, and open directions in Maps with one tap.
• Works on iPhone and iPad, with Apple Maps and dark mode.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No sign-up, no phone number, no contacts access.
• We store only your latest position, never a history.
• No ads. No tracking. No analytics. We never sell or share your data.
SIMPLE PRICING
Try everything free for 7 days. After the trial, unlock sharing and following friends once for $0.99. There is no subscription.
GREAT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS
Know when the kids got to school, when your teenager is on the way home, or where everyone is at the park, the mall or a busy festival. Kids and parents share a link and see each other on the map, each choosing for how long. It's clear and open: the person sharing always sees that sharing is on, can see exactly how much time is left, and can stop with one tap. No accounts to create for children, and no ads or tracking, ever.
Also great for meeting up in a crowd, a hike with friends, "I'm outside", or letting someone know you're on your way.
Continuous use of location in the background can reduce battery life.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Your friends now see an up-to-date "updated" time even when you're standing still or indoors: nowucme re-sends your position every 4 minutes while you share.
• Location updates are no longer paused by iOS while you share, so sharing stays reliable with the screen off.
