I have had a pc for what feels like 15 years. Not fully sure the years but it’s been a long time. I’ve never had one issue out of it. It came installed on it and have never changed or switched. So I figured when looking for a vpn it only made sense to use a trend micro vpn.

I had purchased a yearly subscription for my IOS devices in April, the app worked great until June for my IPad mini when I got notice that my subscription expired then in October my IPhone said my subscription was going to expire on the 28th. I tried to renew but it keeps saying my subscription is good until April 25,2020. I chatted today with their on line help and after 2&1/2 hours they told me that it was not possible for me to have this app installed and working on 3 different IOS devices using only 1 Apple ID. I actually had it working on 4 different devices when you include my Apple Watch. They told me I have to have different Apple IDs for each device and a subscription for each device. If what they said was true then why was it working fine from April till June (1 device) and from April till this month on my other IPad and phone, plus I’m still getting notifications on my watch and phone about security issues on public WiFi but not VPN protection. Frankly this would be the only app I’ve ever bought that only work on only one of my devices. You should only have 1 Apple ID and this app should cover all your devices as it has up until a day ago. Don’t purchase this app Trend Micro is great for other protection and I have 1 of their products that cover my desktop plus all my IOS devices for the internet I also have their mobile security that works for all my IOS device together. For some reason they just don’t get how an app should work across all your devices using only 1 Apple ID. I’ll be looking for another VPN protection app

This works for what I want, which is VPN plus the region switching for streaming apps, but I’ve come across a major issue having the VPN always on feature when connected to Wi-Fi. Certain apps, such as Pokémon go and Pikmin Bloom a very strict rules against VPN location spoofing. It would be nice if you could introduce a feature that would automatically force the VPN off and stay off for very specific apps while they’re open. Or specifically add an exception list for the VPN always on feature that would have it turn off when specific apps on even while you’re connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Trend Micro is on top of it, I get alerts on even legitimate sites I am sent to. The reports are very thorough and you become amazed how vulnerable you are without Trend Micro. Very happy I got it and with the extremely reasonable pricing there isn’t any excuse these days not to have it.
