OnTheList is a free waitlist management app designed to increase your restaurant’s table turn rate and customer satisfaction. This app allows you to configure your tables and floor plan in just a few minutes and be ready to start welcoming customers right away! As your customers arrive, add them to the waitlist by entering their info and seating preference in record time and read out their expected wait time straight from the app. Our free waitlist list app will send customers an SMS text message when their table is ready and allow you to easily drag-and-drop customers to their respective OnTheList table icons in order to visually occupy the tables of your floor layout.
To further increase the number of walk-ins on a regular basis, your customers can monitor the waitlist in real time and even add themselves to it when they’re on their way via our companion guest app TownVu. This method is proven to build repeat business at no cost to you.
