I’ll request in the updated application to add Easy step for the credit card payment, Now not possible to pay from the mobile application, in case you are out of the country then it’s difficult…! The rest it’s supper app

RAK Bank is a nightmare

I’ve been using RAKBank business banking for over half a year and I’ve never had a more miserable banking experience in my life. These people are completely disinterested in functioning. Basic admin requests take a month to complete and then gets half done. It’s impossible to hold a thread of communication with these people cos everyone is on leave about every other day and messages get passed or not and you start from scratch again. Finally gave up and switched banks. Save yourself the misery.
