Like this product..simple to us and gets the job done

Cancelled the weekly payment immediately after signing up for free trial and sent my first invoice using this app. Now I think I have to pay for the subscription. At the end of the day $24/month, 240/year is a good deal for how easy this is to get my invoicing done quickly and professionally.

Thought it was good till it wasn’t

I have been using this app for about 2 years now, had several customers wanting to pay with credit cards and debit cards so I added the stripe feature… well had a client send me a full payment by accident as she is on a payment plan with me…. So by accident she paid in full…. I see NO WAY to offer a refund or cancel a payment. I have sent several messages and opened up a chat within the app and ZERO response

If your into just taking money and never having to do a refund this app is for you…. Otherwise beware it’s not user friendly and no way to cancel a customers payment or even do a refund

I started my business using this app, but over time, the quality slowly deteriorated instead of improving. I have been paying the subscription fee for months now, which I easily cover while running the business. However, recently, the bugs have become unbearable, with frequent screen freezing when switching between apps, multiple application crashes, and invoices being deleted that I know I did not delete myself. It has been good, but it's time to move on to better systems.

Could have been better what a shame

Ok so granted easy to use but not worth $4.99 a month. What killed it for me Ignorance from costumer support well thanks to that I found a 1000% better app that dose not ignore you.
2nd) you can’t share it like if you have a MacBook or any apple system you can’t find that app or same platform to download your invoices.
•IT WAS FUN BUT MAN IGNORANCE THAT WAS A KILLER and not able to use it anywhere but your phone also.
3rd) ONCE YOUR FREE TRIAL ENDS YOU WONT KNOW BECAUSE ANY INVOICE YOU SENT WONT BE SENT AND YOU WILL NEVER KNOW THAT IT WAS NOT SENT OUT till you log in to your email and realize you have not sent anything.. lost a lot of $$ for that 🖕🏻.

Amazing.

Makes it so easy since I’m an owner operator and I drive tow truck all across my state this makes it easy and affordable to use on the go. Plus I have onboard internet so I can do this and quote out my customers even when I’m away from home. Lovely service and I won’t ever use anyone else. My own opinion.

Cancelled but still being charged!!!!

IT WAS A 3 DAY FREE TRIAL! I TRIED IT. HATED IT AND CANCELLED IT THE NEXT DAY! WHY ARE YOU STILL BILLING ME! I did the “free trial” and canceled it before the trial even ended and was billed for the weekly price which wasn’t even the advertised price and then again 9 days later. But the second time it was for DOUBLE the weekly price! Even under my “subscriptions”, it clearly shows I cancelled the free trial and shows “INACTIVE”! No one will contact me regarding this! My family has worked for the courts for 85 years! Guess it’s going to have to happen! This is despicable!
And only gave a star because zero stars isn’t an option.

deleted my invoices

I have multiple buissness and the app gives you the option to make another account. You can switch in between profiles. One of my profiles data was never saved and all my invoices have been deleted. i’ve contacted customer support to see if hopefully i can get them back. But they take so long to answer and it’s urgent. The app waS satisfying me well until it did not save my dat from my other buissness profile

Love this app

I hardly ever leave app reviews, but I just have to rave about this fantastic app. I'm a freelancer, and the app makes it so easy to invoice my clients, plus it saves me a lot of time. I can create invoices on the train or on the way home from work. One thing I would ask the devs to add is a way to use my custom logo on invoices

Inventory Count Suggestion

A nice suggestion would be when you create an item, you can add a qty of what you have in stock and everytime you create an invoice with that item it automatically removes the qty added to invoice from the items

sending issue and freezing

I am experiencing issues with sending the invoices, it just says “sending” and some of them are not sent. When I log into the app it sometimes freeze and stop working and it logs me out.
Otherwise, great app. Please fix those issues.
