I ordered my daughter a dress from here. It looked nothing like the dress that shows online. It didn’t exactly fit her and she did not like it. As you guys know , Prom is very important to a girl. I emailed them and asked if we could return it because the policy said that we can return it if the tags are on it and if nothing is wrong with it. They asked for pictures and I sent them it. They said it was beautiful and there is no reason to return it. It’s not about what they think it’s about what she does. I am very upset with the lack of customer service they have. Usually a small unknown business would want to make their customers happy. I guess not them.

I had all faith into this app when I bought my prom dress on here. The picture was beautiful but when I got the dress I was no satisfied and I want to return and get a refund but when I tried to contact them they keep giving me the run around about what to do and kept offered a 10 and 15$ compensation and I paid 206 for it. I’m really kisses because I worked hard for my prom dress money and they promised good customer service.

I ordered my prom dress on this app and I read the background and everything and they said there would be a 5% difference just because the dress is handmade but there was like a 50% difference, it looked nothing what I paid for and I could not get a refund. just horrible. if I could put a picture on here I would but just know it doesn’t look the same so I recommend not buying.

This website for not provide customer service phone number or address for store? You order from store and any problems u lose money and u will never hear from store.
