If you become a customer of this bank, be prepared for problems. If, for example, you have $ 100 on your balance, you will not be able to transfer or pay in full for this amount, you will be able to use only $ 50 because according to the rules of this bank, the balance must be at least $ 50. It's terrible and not convenient. I can't use my funds completely. I will never use the services of this bank again.
Worse app ever

It’s a shame to see one of the main banks in Sri Lanka having this kind of mobile app. As a Sri Lankan who lives USA and a software developer, I saw the difference between US banking apps and this worse People’s wave app. App is crashing by for two weeks now for iOS and nobody is tracking and nobody is fixing the app. Many people depend on online transactions and this is how these IT people of this bank deliver the service. Shame on this IT people.

APP IS CRASHING

I need to reset my password to login to the application. But in the step 1 itentity type drop down is empty and then crashed the app. This crash is happening always when I try to select the identity type. Then I assumed that by default it selected the NIC and tried to continue with other details. Here also app is crashing always.
