I love the color options and that each fixture can be a different one. There’s a few tweaks to work out with selecting fixtures and zones. It would be nice to be able to select what colors are chosen for the party mode. I work in Alaska and the company I work for would like to be able to have the lights fluctuate like the northern lights.

They say they’ve fixed bugs but everything about this app is still awful. There is so many frustrating unnecessary limitations and there is nothing you can do. They don’t care to fix anything because it’s the only app that controls the lights. Update: they made it worse again. Now none of the fixtures show up on the app no matter what I try to reset, and they have disappeared from my zones. All my lights are stuck on whatever setting they are currently at. Literally the worst app I have ever used, never ever work with this company, there’s a reason the majority of the reviews are 1 star.

The app is not user friendly, doesn’t allow you to have more than 6 zones...doesn’t connect with the lights, constant glitches, UI is horrible, for very expensive lights, the controls are awful. Do yourself a favor and get the HUE bulbs. Customer support is basically non-existent. Can’t talk to anyone in the prism department, was told only the president of Nora is responsible for the product...tech support says they “send emails” to the app developer to suggest changes when customers call in. App hasn’t been updated in long time. I’m about to send 140 can lights back to manu.

After spending quite a bit of money on these lights for my living room I find the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Zones won’t set, some lights change others don’t. I even bought the remote thinking that would maybe work. Nope. Now they randomly strobe or turnoff. Steer clear of this company’s schizophrenic lights. I’m extremely unhappy with this app and product. I also never write reviews for anything which emphasizes how bad this product is.
