I been using PASS for about 2 years now and I love it when using it on the computer. Not so much on the mobile. I like that I’m able to view the gallery on my phone but that all I can do. I can’t adjust prices on the mobil or send the gallery to another client or even take a look at the activity. I love pass but I wish I could do some controlling from my phone. There are times when I’m out and about and need to do some fixing or re send the gallery because of an error and I can’t get access to a computer. Just some upgrades would be nice.
Do t waste your time or money with PASS

I would strongly advise against using Pass.I had been a customer for a long time, but when I changed my email address, I encountered nothing but frustration. Despite submitting over 20 customer service requests, I received no response for months. It wasn’t until today that I finally heard back and was able to access my account again. To my shock, all of my galleries had been deleted due to "inactivity"—but I couldn’t log in to access them because of their lack of communication!It’s incredibly disappointing to invest so much time and money into a service that doesn’t prioritize its customers or provide the support they need when issues arise. There are plenty of other businesses out there that actually care about their customers and their needs. Pass is not one of them. Spend your money elsewhere.
Bring back Pass Classic

I wish they would have kept Pass Classic and worked out whatever they needed too to keep it. If they weren’t making money off it, then start charging. This new Pass Plus has been extremely frustrating and clients absolutely love Pass Classic. Their images on their accounts go back years and they love having them at their disposal with easy navigation. Now they can’t even access them on their phones without massive issues. It’s now time consuming to get images off Pass Classic and can only be done from some computers. That’s not right after promising 10 years of storage for clients. Pass hasn’t updated anyone on how to transfer everything from Pass Classic to Pass Plus. Manually doing that for a decade worth of work is impossible. Pass Plus just isn’t the same. Refine Pass Classic and bring it back.
Love pass, but app has too many bugs

I didn't realize my beta version had expired (there was no email that I could find announce the end of beta testing) and that left me puzzled when I went to open it a few days ago. I finally realized I could redownload it from the app store today so crisis averted! (or so I thought)I redownloaded the app but my latest galleries would not appear at first. When they finally did, the images would not show up inside of the gallery itself. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, but the images still will not appear. Not sure what's up with it, but as a photographer who needs easy and constant access to her content, this app isn't meeting my needs thus far. I know it's still new and they're working on it, but at this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know just yet.
