啟聾學校開發的流動應用程式《啟聾手語視像字典》是由「優質教育基金」撥款。本程式用以讓大眾能更有效和方便地學習手語、口語及傳遞共融訊息，推動社會共融。本應用程式之特色如下：
學習手語
字典已收錄超過6000個日常及學科詞彙的手語打法，每個手語打法均從三個角度拍攝。
學習發音
每個詞彙均配有粵語及英語的口型發音影片和粵語、英語及漢語的拼音符號。而每個粵語拼音均輔有發音器官位置圖。
優化的搜尋功能
設有以中英文輸入、手型圖片、詞彙類別（如食物、交通）、詞彙筆劃數及粵語拼音等多項的搜查條件。
自我測驗功能
測驗可選擇隨機題目或自選範圍題目；測驗內容可為手語、粵語發音或英語發音；用戶可以查看自己最近的測驗結果，隨時重溫詞彙。
各項資訊
設有認識手語、認識拼音及認識聾人文化等資訊頁面。
