IS YOUR CHILD OVERWHELMED BY THEIR EMOTIONS?
Anger, sadness, fear, frustration… Emotions can sometimes be difficult to understand and even harder to express.
Created by a psychologist, the Emotions Management app helps your child put their feelings into words, understand their needs, and discover practical solutions to feel better.
A SIMPLE JOURNEY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND EMOTIONS
Your child is guided step by step:
• What emotion am I feeling?
• How intense is it?
• What do I need?
• What can I do to feel better?
The app includes:
• 16 emotions explained in simple terms
• A slider to assess emotional intensity
• 16 essential needs to better understand what may lie behind an emotion
• More than 40 practical actions and solutions
• Simple exercises that are easy to use in everyday life
AN APP DESIGNED TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD
The goal is not to prevent children from feeling angry, sad, or worried. It is to help them understand what they are experiencing, put their needs into words, and gradually discover what can help them feel better.
The app can be used independently by children who are old enough, or together with a parent, caregiver, teacher, or professional.
AN APPROACH CREATED BY A PSYCHOLOGIST
The content was created by a psychologist specializing in emotional management and emotional support for children and adults.
The exercises are inspired by Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, positive psychology, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
A SAFE, AD-FREE EXPERIENCE
The full version provides access to a safe, child-friendly experience without advertising.
Help your child move from “I don’t know what I’m feeling” to “I understand what’s happening to me and I know what I can do.”
Because developing emotional intelligence is the first step toward feeling better.
The pictures in this app help children define their emotions. There is alot of reading. Wish the developers would make a version for toddlers and special needs children that have more effects of what to do..like the octopus for breathing..there are written words how to slow your breathing..but it would be much better to have the octopus get big when you inhale and shrink when you exhale.
Developer Response
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to know that it can help children and adults 😊 ! Thank you for your ideas that we will definitely use for our next version of the app

Love the concept and activities. Very simple and easy to use when I’m feeling stressed, and many of the activities are quite unique and helpful. Love that there are options for positive emotions too and that it pushes me to think about the need behind the emotion. I am really frustrated that I can only save 10 activities though, especially since I paid to unlock the full app. I feel like that shouldn’t be limited or at least should have a much higher limit. There are also a few emotions that are missing (confusion, boredom, exhaustion/ lethargy) - would love to see the options expanded.

I love this game so much because it is helping me be able to express my emotions and show my emotions
This update makes the app more stable and more pleasant to use:
• Fixed an issue that could cause the app to close at launch on some iPhones and iPads
• More reliable purchase restore: easily get the full version back on all your devices
• Screen explanations now appear only once per journey
• Small visual improvements on the intensity screen
Thanks for using My emotions! If the app helps you, a rating on the App Store means a lot.
