DogGO Walker is an application where dog walkers and sitters within DogGO can see the service pool, request a walking/care match and use it during the walking/care process.
ONLY WALKER APPLICATIONS WHO HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO THE SYSTEM BY DOGGO CAN LOG IN TO THE WALKER APPLICATION WITH THE PASSWORD GIVEN BY DOGGO.
In order to provide service from the Walker application, you must first apply at www.doggoapp.com/doggo-walker. Our relevant team will evaluate your application and provide information about the training process; If you pass the training process, will give you your password.
It is very important that GPS settings are turned on when using the Walker app.
DogGO Walkers via Walker application;
- You can filter the city and district you are in and see the service requests around in services pool.
- You can request a match from the pool to the service he thinks is suitable for him;
- You can see the address and dog/cat profile details of the relevant service.
- You can start the service from the system and transmit pee-poop and instant updates about the service to the user through the relevant buttons until the end of the service;
- Can transmit photos to the user from the moment of service;
- You can reach the dog / cat family or the Operations team through the system;
- In an emergency, you can communicate using the SOS button.
