Recently this app had a massive update that changed the makeup of the VIP program. It was painful, but hey it’s their app and we don’t have to play if we don’t want to. People are still playing and on occasion they complain about the change. For the most part the games are fun and can be just as fickle as any slot machine in Vegas. Support is pretty good considering that sometimes they get the brunt of people’s ire. If you have a problem with one of the games it’s always good to have screenshots and video. That goes a long way towards helping support see your side of things and they do make good on the problem. Even with this time in which we are in, where they may have fewer people working and this virus that’s going around making extra work for them. They still find the time to help out whenever possible.So if you enjoy playing slots and don’t expect to be able to advance in the vip program without paying money. This game is for you. If you find that paying to advance objectionable, then stay away. There are already plenty of people complaining about the rules and frankly it gets old. If you join a Facebook group that’s nice because there are strategies for playing the games for the most fun. That’s my take on this app. Play don’t play it’s up to you.

It’s funny how people are quick to criticize a brand new app that rewards you for playing. Obviously none of these people have stayed at The Wynn and know the service they receive. Yes it’s true most people can’t afford to gamble at The Wynn if they are on a budget, However they still can enjoy a nice room especially if it’s earned for free. If you do pay for a room the prices are worth the stay and not out of line by any means! Staying there the food prices may be a bit higher, but the food quality is also much better. I’ve been staying at The Wynn every year since August 2006 and I stay in a Parlor Suite. Fell in love with it in 2006 and that’s all I need. In the summer I get a Cabana for at least one day in the Tower Suite section. It’s the only hotel that has ever given me a host and I know for a fact that I’m no where near their top 50% when it comes to gambling. They do take care of me however and always have. I love the policy of no children under 21 unless they are staying there and are with their parents. The Wynn and Encore are the top properties on the strip. The one thing I do regret and this is entirely my fault is I never took advantage of playing their golf course before it closed. I’ve had the opportunity a few times, however do to herniated lumbar discs and back surgery I was unable at the time. So if you have a chance to play a free game to earn a free stay at The Wynn don’t complain if something isn’t working smoothly from launch. Steve B.

Very fun game when everything is working properly. I’ve both built up my coins and purchased coins to a point where I could play in the high roller room. When playing, you are pretty much trying to stay alive until you get into the bonus. This is even more important when playing in the high roller room. Over a dozen times when betting the max (24mil per spin) I got into the bonus, then the game would say “server error.” This would only happen when entering the bonus areas. These errors easily cost me 1 billion in bonus coins every time this happens. I sent one email stating my issue. The response was “server error fixed” with a bonus of 10k chips for the trouble. The errors continued though. My second email went with no response. After the amount of money I have payed to play this game, I expected better support. There isn’t much choice but to stop playing because of the lost bonus coins, which in turn costs me real money to keep playing. The service on this app doesn’t reflect the service The Wynn is known for.Review update: June 1st 2019Support emailed me with an apology and credited my account 500mil coins. It sounds like a lot, but isn’t even 1/20th of what I would’ve received if my bonus rounds haven’t had time out errors over a dozen times. I appreciate the email, but the compensation doesn’t make up for the issues that I dealt with.

I have played this game for about a year. Earned enough gems to book a stay last summer for two nights. My wife and I loved the Wynn. We ate at the restaurants and gambled in their casino. No we are not high rollers dropping thousands of dollars but this app isn’t for them as they do not care about the price of the room. I continued to play the games and again earned enough gems AND crowns, after an update, to book again. Then the most recent update. As others have stated, is now IMPOSSIBLE to earn crowns without paying big money. One could argue it might be worth it to pay $100-$200 and be able to book rooms that cost more than that but then for people like us, ones who are interested in apps like this, it makes a big difference. The biggest disappointment is that it wasn’t easy to earn the gems and crowns in the first place. You had to commit to playing the games every day. However, it was possible and you had a sense of progress with a nice reward. That is now all lost. It ended up being an enormous waste of time. Las Vegas in general, is expensive. Gone are the days of cheap/free buffets. If you aren’t gambling, when drinks are free, two drinks will cost you around $25 at one of the many bars located in the casino. That in itself is outrageous. But didn’t hurt as much when the rooms were comped. This is the reason or I believe is the reason for the Wynn slot app. To give those of us who otherwise would not be able to afford to stay at The Wynn. Being a Wynn Red Card member affords reasonable discounts equal to paying money to play this App. Without the time commitment. Why would I play this App anymore?
