Not providing your PermataBank Preferred clients free transfer on Online (BI FAST only) just feels stingy. I have an account with another bank considered bigger than Permata in Indonesia and it offers free interbank transfer, both by BI FAST and Online, with minimum balance of just 2 mio.I also previously failed to purchase USD bonds in this app. Since I have downgraded to Preferred from Prio, I didn't have access to any RM. Of course I didn't bother to visit them just to fix the problem. I just ended up buying USD bonds somewhere else.I might as well downgrade from Preferred to normal after I'm done paying my mortgage with Permata, since you don't seem to provide any kind of benefit with Preferred.

The new BI-FAST transfer on PermataMobile works well but the email notification of the transfer always fails to display content of the memo. Please correct it.
Terrible total balance feature

This app has a terrible new feature trying to show the total balance with on hold funds for all mortgage accounts. Obviously it has created confusion to customers since we need to deduct that total balance with total on hold funds. To solve this issue PLEASE add another balance information on each account page for total balance that can be used (excluding on hold funds). In this way customers will have all information they need when they want to check their account balance to n real time.

I’ve been trying to access my account for more than 11 days and I am still trying to! Called their customer support which is the most terrible support ever .. they just say the same thing and till this moment I can not open my account.. and I have all information! It’s a bug in their system and they just keep telling me wait 1 more day .. just terrible experience! Even when I went to their office they said the same thing ..
