I have had the privilege of flying with many, but none have impressed me quite like Ethiopian Airlines. From the moment I boarded it was clear they that they service goes above and beyond. The level of care and respect they show passengers is truly exceptional , and it stands out in every interaction from check-in boarding and landing. As someone who born in Ethiopian, I have always felt a deep connection to this airline, and every experience with Ethiopian airline only strengthens that bond. The staff is professional, warm and genuinely attentive. Whether it’s ensuring comfort during the flight, accommodating specific needs or providing a warm and welcoming they consistently exceed expectations atmosphere. If you are looking for an Airlines that treats you with respect and care, Ethiopian Airlines is truly a leader in industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I am very proud of your app service. easy peasy lemon squeezy to to navigate; very fast for searching flights; convenient to use in which we can be able to see different prices for different days at the same sight that we don’t have to search back and forth to modify other flights for the better price or days of flights, even the largest travel company doesn’t have this much convenience. just love it and very proud.

Do not trust this app to accurately book your flight. We selected the correct date, went through all the steps, and got a reservation confirmation email that showed the right information until around 4 pm. Then the app suddenly kicked us out, so we had to restart everything.When we tried again with the same intended date, we completed the steps and got a second reservation email. This time the confirmed date was completely wrong and for the next day. When we called Ethiopian Airlines customer service, they actually tried to blame us for double booking. That makes absolutely no sense when their own app crashed on us.They also told us they could not correct the flight date, which is ridiculous. It feels like either the flight was oversold and they were trying to push the mistake onto us, or they just refused to take responsibility. Both possibilities are shady.To make everything worse, their customer service kept us on hold for over an hour, costing us international call fees, and still did nothing to help. And the moment we mentioned refunds for their app’s mistake — getting kicked out and receiving a wrong-date confirmation — they hung up on us. Twice. On back-to-back calls.This whole experience was awful from start to finish. You lose money, time, and energy, and they take zero accountability. I’m never flying or using this airline app again. Ethiopian Airlines needs to fix their app and take responsibility for the problems it causes.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ethiopia Airlines. I booked a direct flight online, and after making the payment, the flight was cancelled. When I reached out to customer service, the agent named Ermias informed me that I needed to pay again, nearly double the original price, to rebook the flight. Unfortunately, I mistakenly paid the additional amount. To make things worse, the new flight I was rebooked on was not direct, but had multiple connections.I emailed them requesting a refund for the additional amount I was charged, but their response was frustrating. They told me that refunds cannot be issued online and that I would need to physically visit their office to resolve the issue. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has made what was already a stressful situation even worse. I’m extremely disappointed with how Ethiopia Airlines handled this, and I would caution others to be aware of their refund policies and service.
