Thanks for using Ciclogreen! # Improvements - If your company doesn't offer carpooling, you will no longer see the option to invite a friend. If you already had a transaction from an invitation, it remains in your wallet history. # Fixes - Trips with a GPS signal range of up to 150 meters are now counted again. Previously, they were lost if the accuracy was worse than 50 meters. Join the sustainable mobility movement!

Thanks for using Ciclogreen! ### What's New - If a trip is saved later due to a lack of connection, we’ll notify you once it’s been registered. Tapping the notification opens the details for that activity. - We’ve added deep linking support, allowing you to access specific app sections via external Ciclogreen links sent by email. ### Improvements - If your organization doesn't offer a shared-trip program, the CicloBono feature will no longer appear. - If your organization doesn't offer a shared-trip program, the wallet is hidden unless you have an available balance or pending earnings. ### Fixes - You can activate the CicloBono once you’ve provided your phone number, verified your identity, and set up your vehicle or passenger role—provided you’ve also accepted the terms. If a step is missing, the app will let you know which one. - After verifying your identity, you can return to the app and proceed with the CicloBono setup. - When exiting a challenge leaderboard, the list of challenges now reappears instantly. - When inviting a colleague or friend, the correct registration link is shared. Thanks for using Ciclogreen! ### What's New - If your company becomes inactive, the app now offers you the option to join CicloFriends so you can keep using Ciclogreen. - You can now access the help chat from your Profile. The support team will assist you knowing exactly who you are (your name and company). - You can switch to CicloFriends independently from your Profile, without needing to contact support. - If your CicloBono is active but you haven't verified your identity yet, you'll see a notification in the carpooling and routines sections prompting you to complete the KYC process. - In Settings, the "Need help?" option opens a help center featuring key questions, categories, and contact options for support. ### Improvements - Improved reliability when uploading activities: if there is a temporary network or server failure, the app automatically retries until the upload is confirmed. - When finishing a "Share Ride" (shared trip), the app waits for server confirmation and displays a success message without navigating to the activity details screen. ### Fixes - The time remaining for challenges and rewards now counts calendar days. - If your company is inactive when saving an activity, you are now offered the option to join CicloFriends and retry saving. If you do not have an active membership, you will be logged out. - Fixed distance calculation: the route no longer loses kilometers due to GPS gaps or background tracking segments. - Fixed an issue where GPS could remain active even when no activity was in progress. - Fixed straight lines that could appear on the route map after running the activity in the background.
