Lot tracking for inventory is beneficial for industries like food and pharmaceuticals where tracking the origin of the product for safety and compliance. Pronto 750 - 780 Features Upon GTIN entry, show all the item codes with the same GTIN. Provide the ability to select the correct item code for the sale.

This release fixes an issue that caused the app to close when a user tapped Peripheral Devices.

We are excited to announce the latest release of the Pronto POS app in line with the release of Pronto Xi 770.3 Promotions and Pricing Engine: Our latest release supports price rules, which allows users to set up multi-layered customer pricing structures. POS app users can now access these multiple pricing structures and have them automatically apply to customer groupings. Other promotions will also apply depending on the setup. Additionally, the new release includes the ability to create fixed price promotions and supports compounding promotions, allowing users to create and apply promotions or price rules quickly and easily. Other enhancements and bug fixes: We have introduced a new taxable item indicator on receipts. In addition, we have added an indicator when an item line note is entered, making it easier for users to keep track of changes made to orders. We have also added a new feature that allows users to add an item from sales history to a new sale, and search sales for refunds and exchanges. We have addressed several issues, including an issue with the unit of measurement, where incorrect measurements were being displayed on the product page. Additionally, promotions are now being applied when an item barcode is scanned from the home screen.

In this release, we have fixed the following issues: Compatibility issue preventing our users from upgrading to iOS 16 An issue that may cause a crash when the Quest payment device is in sleep mode

This release includes some important updates to the stocktake function. Locations from stocktakes initiated from Pronto Xi are now shown in the app, there are improvements to the way uncounted products are handled, and other bug fixes and performance enhancements.

This update has some important enhancements to the stocktake feature.  - When scanning items with the integrated scanner, the user is taken directly to that item.  - The search within stocktake filter now supports the integrated scanner.  - Other bug fixes and improvements.

This release sees the introduction of Click & Collect. With Click & Collect, you can be notified of orders instantly from your web store. Pick the orders and automatically send a notification to the customer that their order is ready to collect. Mark an order as collected and optionally take a signature and take pictures. With the pick up option, you can also take orders directly from the app, for the customer to collect in your back warehouse. This release also has a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements.

In this update we have added a number of enhancements to the stocktake function, including in-stocktake searching and improvements to the way locations are handled. In the sale function, we have added the ability to add line-level notes and an intelligent pop-up for zero-priced products. In the payment section, the Square sync has been updated to the latest version.

It is now easier to see deposits made and outstanding amounts due in the payment screen whether completing a sale or refund. Customers also benefit from the same enhancements to their receipts.
