Astral Blossom 2.0 introduces the new super fun ColorTouch and ColorKeys add-ons*, greatly enhancing the interactive, expressive color synthesizer with touch gestures or keyboard controls on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. * To get the ColorTouch or ColorKeys add-ons, tap the bottom of the Astral Blossom animation screen and the toolbar will appear. * Tap the hand icon to open the Astral Blossom In-App Store and purchase the ColorTouch or ColorKeys add-on. * Note: ColorTouch and ColorKeys are In-App Purchase add-ons. Details: Color Touch Color Touch provides interactive control of the Astral Blossom color synthesizer with touch on the iPad, iPhone or iPod touch screen. * Slide up and down to control the brightness of the color at that particular horizontal position. * Slide left and right to control the hue without changing the brightness. * Slide diagonally to change both the hue and brightness at the same time. * Change touch slide speed to get various color patterns, slow smooth gradients and/or high contrast sharp changes in hue and/or brightness. The horizontal (x) position controls the hue. The cycle of hue colors (red... orange... yellow... green... blue... purple...) are positioned from left to right on the screen. The vertical (y) position controls the brightness. The range from dark to light is positioned vertically from bottom to top. By touching and sliding to various positions on the screen, the color synthesizer will generate the color based on the x,y position of the touch. Color Keys Color Keys provides interactive control of the Astral Blossom color synthesizer with an external keyboard connected to the iPad, iPhone or iPod touch via Bluetooth, USB or otherwise. * Each alphabetic key is a color: 26 colors, a – z. * The lowercase keys a – z will blend towards the color for the key. * The uppercase keys A – Z will immediately trigger the color for the key. Use the Shift key to get the uppercase keys. * Change key tap intervals to get various color patterns: slow smooth gradients with lowercase keys, and/or high contrast sharp changes with uppercase keys. The colors of the keys are generally mnemonically chosen to match the letter of the alphabet, R for red, B for blue, and also to provide a wide range of colors.
