With Slovakia's most widely used parking app – ParkDots, you can easily park near your destination. The app offers a simple, fast, and secure way to buy a parking ticket on city streets, in selected barrier parking lots, or in shopping centers across Slovakia and abroad.
Secure and modern parking ticket payment
In the app, you will find detailed information about parking zones, pricing, opening hours, or current occupancy. Paying for a ticket is simple and secure -> you can use Apple Pay, enter your payment card details, or save your card to pay with just one click in the future.
Pay only for the time you park
In selected cities, the app allows you to shorten or extend your parking session so that you only pay for the exact time you park.
Never forget when your parking ticket expires
We’ll display your active ticket status right on your phone's lock screen and send you a notification a few minutes before it ends.
Parking permits instantly in the app
No more complicated downloading of resident parking permits into the app. Once you log in, you will find them right away.
Do I have to log in?
For even faster parking, we offer the option to use the app without logging in or registering.
With ParkDots, you can park in over 35 cities across Europe
You can pay for parking in Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, Banská Štiavnica, Ružomberok, Liptovský Mikuláš, Dolný Kubín, and other Slovak cities. In the Czech Republic, it works in Jihlava, Pardubice, or Liberec as well. For drivers, our app is the best tool to take full advantage of all the benefits introduced by cities regarding parking regulations. Parking at Eurovea, Nivy, or other garage parking facilities? Forget about parking payment hassles. With ParkDots, you can handle it easily and securely via your mobile phone.
Parking in your city?
ParkDots is the app. Full stop.
I come to visit my older relatives and have to pay to park? Off continent visitors should get reduced prices or free parking to help older relatives.
Developer Response
Thank you for your feedback. While we understand your concerns, ParkDots does not have the authority to address this, as parking policy is determined solely by the city. We recommend directing your inquiry to the mayor’s office. Team ParkDots

Visitor parking
Decades long member
Impossible to establish, from either the Slovak or the English version of the app, whether the resident’s visitor parking is requested by the resident or the visitor. No phone or chat help available.
Developer Response
Dear user, we are sorry for the inconvenience. The municipality of Bratislava imposed the new rule, that if the visitor (or bonus) card is not used by the holder of the card (user logged with the same login email as the one, who the card was issued to), they need to give consent to the user who wants to use it. This can be done in the detail of the parking card: https://permits.parkdots.com/profile/permits. Should you experience any problems, there is chat support available at https://support.parkdots.com/ daily from 8 to 22. Or you can contact us via email at support@parkdots.com. Thank you, Martin from ParkDots
