I really like this app because it allows me to print my books whenever I want or need. It also allows me to close and open different books and link them to any computer or laptop. Printing is a piece of cake because the link up to any printer, corded and wireless is easy.

I got a new WiFi system in the house. I couldn’t get to settings to change the WiFi on the printer from the i pad installed app. I went to computer and was able to do it. Still couldn’t get the I pad app to find the printer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer app. Now it prints so small I can’t read what is printed. There is no Ajustment on new app to change print size or do a lot of other things my old app did. A real problem. How do I find the screen to change the print of a document to fill the page rather than print on a quarter of the page. How do I select what pages to print of a document if I don’t need the whole? How do choose portrait or landscape printing? These options appear not to be available on new app. I really need help. Right now the app is useless.

If you don’t pay for the subscription, the only thing you can do is print the test documents that they have embedded into the app. I guess that lets you know whether it supports your printer, but that’s not the common definition of “limited functionality” as used in the app description. I would expect at a minimum that I could print from the clip board, and that printing directly from cloud services might require a fee, but even that simple task requires money. It’s kind of hard to judge how an app will print if you can’t print your own documents.

I bought this app to scan things for a non-profit org. It seemed fine, I scanned everything and the names of the files appeared in the app. I didn’t upload them to my computer right away and when I went back to access them, they were all there but I received an error message. I had the most difficult time emailing the company from the app itself. They responded right away asking for a screenshot of the error message. That was a month ago!
