Missing Feature

This app is great but is missing one feature that would make it extremely efficient. I typically upload my receipt, expense amount, and facility but the expense never gets tied to the credit card transaction. A feature needs to be added to merge two transactions. The receipt photo from the pending upload would then be merged with the actual expense from the credit card.

Cumbersome

Very cumbersome entering mileage. No app intelligence at all. I search for locations that are in the same town I am in and I am getting results for Japan and the United Kingdom, as if I would be driving there from New Hampshire. A little common sense analytics would go along way in entering stops. Also, I cannot find a way to re-order or insert a mileage stop. Should be able to set favorite locations as well like home or office. No reason those addresses should need to be typed in every time. At least have enough analytics to search through history and not act like every addresses new. I do like the idea of an expense app, but this seems like it has much development left to be done. Very unpolished.

Email Does Not Work!

If the MobileXpense email included in SpendCatcher actually worked, i could have used the receipts I added to and sent from TripSource. But instead, the invoices never appeared after emailing and u had to upload them all over again into SpendCatcher.

Slow and clunky

Slow does not begin to describe it. If I pause for even a few seconds, I have to login again which seems to take an eternity. My company doesn't utilize the "auto" function, and I apparently have to be informed of this for every entry. Every time I log in (which is frequently) I'm asked to turn on the non-functioning "auto", which it then apparently tries to do anyway.The graphics are immature, annoying, and do nothing to assist the work flow.Perhaps spend less time developing cutesy graphics and more time making a functional product.Never thought I'd say this, but I miss the old app. As bad as it was, it was better than this.
