The app does not accept new registrations and customer service is ineffective. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. There is no interaction. An email was also sent but was not responded to either. So how can we trust customer service and put money into it?
OCD - Change the layout

The new app is awesome except one major OCD intensive display of the card in the main screen. I get the account details, which awesome. But I see a cut of card next to it, which is too annoying. Perhaps you could put in the place of rewards/ Airmiles or as an icon.
