The autumn has arrived! And it brings a new app version with interesting new features:
● The document visualization screens (for issues invoices, received invoices and expenses) now show the list of files attached to those documents.
● The certified document digitalization arrives to the users from the fiscal regions “España – Navarra”, “España – Álava”, “España – Vizcaya” y “España – Guipúzcoa”. Those users can now take a picture of received invoice or expense and throw away the original document because the picture is processed with a process certified by the tax agencies from those fiscal regions that ensures that the pictures will work a valid purchase proof in case of inspection.

• Now you can throw away the original receipts of your purchases! With the new certified digitization, you can now attach a photo of your tickets or received invoices and destroy the original, because the photo goes through a certified process by the Spanish Tax Agency that gives the photo the same validity as the original document in case of tax inspection (functionality available only for the fiscal region of Spain - Peninsula, but will arrive soon to other fiscal regions too).

Christmas is coming! Santa Claus, holidays, feasts ... but also the traditional update for our app around this time. This version includes several improvements, including:
• Now you can throw away the original receipts of your purchases! Furthermore, from the Configuration section of the app now you can define the user's time zone, in case it does not match the default one for the company.

You can now create delivery notes from the app! And not only create them, our team has been working tirelessly to support the complete management of a delivery note, that is, you can create delivery notes, edit them, send them by mail, manage their status, convert them into invoice, attach files, download them in PDF format , create new copies, etc.
And not content with that, we have added many other features, such as:
-The app is now compatible with iPad, even with landscape mode. It is a pleasure to manage accounting with the iPad in landscape!
-The invoice notes, in addition to selecting them from among the precreadas, now you can modify their content directly.
-Improved validation messages for company identifiers (NIFs in Spain, the RFC in Mexico, CUIT in Argentina, etc.) to be more clearly informed about the format supported.
- Several errors have been corrected.
-The overall performance of the app has been improved.

Además, se incorpora la posibilidad de aplicar descuentos a las líneas de factura y muchas mejoras visuales.
Los conceptos de factura o presupuesto ahora admiten un título descriptivo y una descripción detallada, ésta última además admite texto enriquecido con subrayado, negrita, texto de colores, listas numeradas y sin numerar, etc.
