Would be nice giving the user the ability to reset individual settings and manually enter values.

All I wanted was an app that lets me monitor what I’m recording, while recording it, and of course I would need to then be able export as a standard type of audio file. It does those things. But… there’s no “on” or “off” button. It’s just on, from the moment you launch the app, and will stay on apparently for the rest of your life. Unless you force quit the app. And then the effects. Every one of them is wildly overblown, and difficult to control. The first one I used was reverb, and the starting setting was “50” (same for all the others. 50 what? I might ask). It was so much reverb it was crazy. So I dragged it down to 10, and there was no perceptible change. At the lowest setting, 1, which was difficult to select, it was still ridiculously wet, equivalent to anyone else’s 100% setting, making it unusable. All the settings are that way. For me, this app is a non-starter, and I will delete it and keep looking.

This app is a perfect free hearing aid. Get a pair of headphones with a microphone, or buy a separate microphone to go with it, set to max volume, set app to max microphone, and for minimal hearing loss at least, you have options like pitch and reverb, but also setting the frequency range that you want to hear. Just make sure to tap the icons you want enabled so that it’s in its lighter stage and it will be active. You can also use it as a PA with a speaker at parties…

There’s no option to export... it’s decent for monitoring recordings but I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be able to export what you’ve recorded, there are plenty of apps where you can record and export... Update: and now I’ve just learned you can only record one recording before you are prompted to pay for unlimited recordings. Now the price for unlimited recordings in only $1.99 which is perfectly fine but now my issue is the level of pettiness these developers are displaying.For starters, just tell people they can test one recording to decide whether they want to buy the app. Just state that in your description.And secondly, I would have paid more for unlimited records if there was an option to export. As it stands, the app is useless for anything other than playback. And this developer is clearly petty af with the one recording mess & a time waster, which is why I downgraded to 2 stars. But hey, this useless app doesn’t sound bad.
