PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS
When using Urgent Care, Virtual Primary Care, Psychiatry or Teledentistry, a physician can write a prescription for a non-DEA controlled substance if medically necessary.
Whenever my daughters have a medical concern, I don’t want to pay for an expensive visit to the Dr., and these days I don’t want them in a waiting room where they could catch something else! DialCare has been a great, simple and fast way to talk to a Doctor, get real advice and a quick prescription when needed! I like it more than Teladoc too!

This app has a serious problem with facial recognition. But it also has some sort of issue with Safari. Many times I try to login and it says I can’t because I’m using Safari and then I need to use Google Chrome or Firefox. This is idiotic as it is an iPhone app. I’m not even using Safari. When I download the app I am only able to login one time. After that it does not allow me to login and so I have to delete the app and download it again. Every time I wanna use the app I have to delete it and then download it again so that I can login. Please fix this.
Very hard to use

The first couple of times I used the app to set an appointment. Everything worked just fine. Now the is telling me to down load a new web browser to be able to use the app. So I downloaded both. I still can’t use the app. Everytime I open the app it’s still tellling me to download the new web browsers. Can you please tell me what it is I need to do. Not to get into my story. But my 15 year daughter just lost her mother and all I want to do is get her someone to talk too. I can’t even set an appointment. This app is so frustrating. Please fix !!!!

Super fast, super easy I don’t know what the issues were but apparently they have fixed them. Took entirely 15 minutes to talk to Doctor get prescription sent over.
This version includes performance improvements and bug fixes, including fixes for address display issues.
Provider profile images are now displayed when available, making it easier to identify and select providers.
