Placed my order after work, I was told it would arrive at 4:00. At 5:00 I am delivered 2 cases of hot beer. Delivery is useless because you still have to go to the store to buy cold beer. Delivery complete waste of time. I don’t see Total selling hot beer in their stores. You know why? Nobody wants a hot beer. Nobody wants to work all day and have a hot beer.Update:Contacted the store and they brought me cold beer within 30 minutes. Very speedy customer service.Thank you

I love Total Beverage and everything it offers… except the app. I feel it could be better optimized and less clunky. It frequently signs me out, and often times takes far too long to load any screens or searched items. Sometimes, the search goes on forever, even if I select something it suggests from my search.I typically resort to using the website instead. I’ll keep checking periodically to see if the app has improved, but it’s just too slow and buggy for my taste.

I ordered a (15 cans) of shock top. The beer when I started drinking it was flat overly bitter and had a lot of great sediment. This condition could only have been because it was stored in heat, Too much heat. 15 cans of flat beer with no taste and sediment. Yuck! I have ordered shock top before from Total Beverage and was never disappointed until today. Just FYI!

Total beverage is usually who I order with… & it’s always a lot of money I spend. I got a coupon for NEWYR2023 for 15% off of total bill. & it wouldn’t take it, the app never does. Usually I would call & they fix it. Except this time when I talked to the lady manager there she wouldn’t except it, or fix the bill. Why have coupons if you can use them? Not like coupons come around all the time. Just disappointed.
