Contact. The published phone numbers for new inquiries and existing contracts.
Find a real estate agent. Information on Guidance Home Services, an affiliate of Guidance Residential, with a request form on its website. Free to you. Optional.
Customers of Guidance Residential sign in with their customer portal account to follow their home financing from application to closing.
Status. The stage of each financing contract, what is complete and what comes next.
Documents. Your contract documents as PDF, to read in the app or share.
Messages. Messages from Guidance Residential about your financing, in one place.
Followers. Add a real estate agent or family member as a follower on a contract so they receive updates on its progress. You choose who is added and can remove a follower at any time.
Payments and statements stay on the servicing portal. The app links to it.
Accounts are created when you apply for financing with Guidance Residential. The app does not create accounts. Sign in with the same email address and password as the customer portal.
