Worst app, worst service, worst booking experience

It is close to impossible to conduct booking through this app. Additionally, their costumer service is a very bad AI.Also the items that were shown to be included with my smartBox were not included when I went to book the experience with vendor — I got highly downgraded to an experience that cost 90e less. Hight commission rates to SmartBox, with 0 costumer care, totally not recommended!

the app cannot show the details of my vacation check, it looks like i can navigate but the pages are all blank. Basically they blocked search results therefore we cannot book anything from USA, it’s kind of dumb as majority of tourists are from abroad. Le pagine del mio assegno sono tutte bianche c’è solo un freccia di navigazione nella parte alta ma le pagine sono bianche.
