I tried to figure out how to get my Urus connected to the app; however, with the new update, nothing is different. I went through the menus on my LIS and found absolutely no way to enable this through there either.

Every time I enter my PIN in the vehicle I get “try again later”, it’s been like that for over 10 months now. Lamborghini support keeps says “we’re working on it”, it’s our “top priority”. So much for $300K vehicle. Toyota much more helpful. If I could give the app (and Lamborghini) negative stars I would. App and vehicle MMI are complete garbage. And their support center is all but useless. I can’t even get basic app functionality to connect to the vehicle. Support center says contact dealer, dealer says contact support. They don’t even know how to use or provide support for their own products. Shocking how many people can’t connect and Lamborghini refuses to do anything about it. It’s been a year since I’ve been able to connect to my Urus… “we’re working on it, top priority”…. Unacceptable customer service!!
