• 「帮助与客服」升级为应用内在线客服，遇到问题可直接在 APP 里联系合从支持，有回复时「我的」页面会显示未读提醒
• 新渠道对话来消息时，APP 在后台或未停留在该对话时会及时提醒，不再错过客户消息
【稳定性】
• 修复登录状态失效后 APP 仍停留在原页面、反复请求服务器的问题：账号在其他设备登录或登录过期时会立即返回登录页
• 回到前台时自动续期登录状态，减少长时间使用后需要重新登录的情况
• 操作失败时的提示更准确，能看到具体原因
