The app is very useful and was working properly, but all if a sudden it started closing the app when I click on the works in progress Icon. I closed and reopen the application to see it this fixed it but it did not.

I downloaded it as a try out knowing it was probably a paid one though it doesn’t say that anywhere. Can’t do anything with out it asking you to buy premium, can’t understand how to pull up the grids and make the pattern show when you get a picture loaded and will not let you look through the help section to find out how to do that. Deleted and will not try again

I uploaded a picture and set it up so that it ended up being a 321x500 design. That’s 160,500 cross stitches. I knew it would take months or possibly years to complete. I was about 80,000 stitches in when the app stopped working. I contacted support and no one answered. Eventually the app started working again but the progress I’d logged was completely gone and the only pattern wasn’t even the same. I’m so devastated.
Does not work!!!

Worked all of 2 minutes!!! Played with one design and would not let me change any thing but pixels. Deleted photo and now won’t let me upload a new one. Keep taking me to the sign up for subscription that requires payment. Deleted app already. Very frustrating!!!!!!
