New Feature Added the ability for users to link physical WAFIOS machines to Assets by scanning a generated QR code displayed on the machine, using the device camera or the Scan button in the app's Search tab. This improves AI Assistant response quality and enables access to machine-related documents directly within the app.

This version improves the stability of the app.

New functionality. It is now possible to create Assets from the Assets tab. The view has the same fields the Web application has. In addition, it is possible to scan in a value for the ‘Custom bar code’ and ‘Parent Asset’ fields.

The complex UI of the Asset filter view has been redesigned and streamlined. All previous filtering capabilities remain unchanged. In addition, we added quick-select options for choosing the creation time frame.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance stability and performance.

Unfortunately we have to reverse a few underlying problematic system changes from the last version. This version is stable again. In addition, we resolved some iPad layout issues.

Hotfix Fixed an issue when trying to open references on the global AI chat view.

The work order completion view now includes an AI button that auto-fills the 'Problem' and 'Solution' fields — when enough info is available in the work order.

More flexibility when creating requests. Users can now create requests without selecting an asset, given this option is enabled in the company settings.

Maintenance update

This release aligns the visibility of some parts of the UI with corresponding user permissions. The app is also being prepared for upcoming features.

Users can now update the ordered quantity of spare parts both in the app and across the platform. This new feature provides greater flexibility in managing orders. Additionally, the quantity update view has been overhauled for a more intuitive and seamless experience.

We have added a new feature that allows users to request a demo of our app. Non-registered users can now request demo credentials, giving them the opportunity to explore the app’s features before signing up.

This update includes general maintenance improvements and ensures compatibility with the latest OS version.

Overhaul of the profile view. The information and settings of the profile view are now organised into dedicated views: Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, User Profile, and Notification Settings. Phone number, name, and profile picture can now be edited individually. Additionally, users can move and zoom a selected image as their avatar using standard drag and pinch gestures before confirming it.
