This minor patch resolves an issue with in-app notification subscription and improves synchronization between the data on the mobile app and the Consol orders changes on the server.

To ensure its on-going viability as a product, we have upgraded a lot of the technology underpinning ConSol Mobile as part of this release. This ensures that we are now fully compatible with the MFA (multi-factor authentication) functionality that is being rolled out to ConSol. Additionally, Consol Mobile has had a bit of a face-lift. Note: Our Variation Request and Offline capabilities have been temporarily disabled while these areas undergo a rewrite to improve performance and usability.

Added 'Accept and Continue' option to remain on an order after accepting it. Addressed an issue with wrong tab being shown on an order marked as 'Work Complete' when viewed from Completed Jobs view. Minor improvements and bug fixes.

We have changed the default value for the notification setting to 'turned on' in the application settings, to allow end-users to receive in-app notifications providing they have enabled the application to display those.
