View- important agency staff professional information including their experience, specific expertise/s, times worked at your facilities and travel time to your location.
• Booked (shifts) - View the current status of your bookings, confirm or decline personnel offered and even cancel shifts that are no longer required.
• History - provides a summary of all shifts ever ordered with the agency, including booked, cancelled and unfilled.
• Preferences – empowers your to immediately request desired personnel, or restrict those you find unsuitable to your location, updated direct to the agency.
