Smart Categories Apple Intelligence now sorts each PDF into a category — like Book, Manual, Receipt, Ticket or Contract — and shows its icon in your Library. Tap Filter to see only one category, and Clear Filter to see everything again. Choose a category yourself In Edit mode, select one or more PDFs and tap Category to set it yourself. Your choice always wins, and it works on every device. Edit Title Touch and hold a PDF and choose Edit Title to change the title Apple Intelligence gave it, or tap regenerate for a new suggestion. The file name stays the same. Tag suggestions and simpler tags When you tag a PDF, Apple Intelligence suggests up to three tags from its content. With nothing selected, the Tags button opens Manage Tags, where you can add tags and change their colours. The Sort menu now holds sorting options only. Clearer selecting In Edit mode, the title shows how many PDFs you've selected, and touch and hold no longer opens a menu while you select. Smoother and clearer The opening screen appears without a blink or a jump. The subscription screen keeps the status bar easy to read, uses a clearer text order, and places Other Plans right below the price. The settings menu puts the options you use most at the top.
