Subscription Information
Hubmee offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Very cool concept app with a focus on person’s wellbeing through organization. The app itself is easy to use for note taking and organizing. Also, I really enjoy the organizing tips on hubmee’s social media. Can’t wait to see how the app evolves further.

Let me start by saying I love the premise; but unfortunately, I want to cancel my subscription, and there is nowhere on the app to help me to do so. When I searched their database with the word, “cancel” there was no information. The sync with my calendar is fine, as well as with my banking info. The website does provide information on how to add data. But, I don’t understand why it won’t sync with my email contacts. Also, when I try to enter my wife’s birth date, it only goes back to 2012. Honestly, I’m not married to a 13 year old!!! If they fixed a few bugs, I’d almost reconsider re-joining, but for now, I’d like to escape it.

This is a very difficult to use. It’s not a naturally intuitive and I have been trying to cancel it for three days now and get no response from anyone. Horrible support services and customer service seems to be nonexistent no response from them yet. I think I will have to cancel my card to stop them from charging me. I can’t recommend this enough that you avoid this product. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company and they completely ignore me and have not responded to any of my messages or request for cancellation. I will have to contact my credit card company in order to initiate a stop payment. Avoid this company at all cost. They are a scam.

There was nothing in this app that couldn’t be done on the free native apps from Apple. It currently doesnt integrate or sync with anything, so you have to spend most of your own time entering in dates/tasks/assignments/etc… and with all of that, found no useful reason for the $30/mo for AI assistant. Sure, it can hold some vital documents and copies of things, but so can many other apps that are free or cheap. Until this app can sync and import from outside sources, it is no real help or timesaver to have to enter everything yourself.
