I couldn’t view anything. It said this App not supported in your country!!

It prompted me to buy a VIP package $2.99 via Apple Pay and after I paid I couldn’t view anything on my iOS devices. It said this App not supported in your country!! Then shouldn’t have sold me the package! I emailed them, they sent me some instructions to request for refund but it didn’t work. So I canceled subscription and lost $2.99. The app would be good for entertainment if it works.

I bought VIP for 3 months but after a couple days, it took away my VIPI bought VIP for 3 months for 6.99. The first couple of days I was able to watch like a VIP but there not available for what movie i wanted to, i thought my internet got problems but then when I tried to watch the next day, it show me that i couldnt watch like VIP anymore. Not only did they not tell me there was a max watch limit, but they took away my VIP before I even reached that max watch limit. On top of all that, I can't get a refund for it. Money wasted. Their subscription is a scam. Apple need to take this app down

I paid for a 6-month VIP subscription. However, I could only watch ad-free for the first few days. I still have my subscription until May 2025, but ads have already popped up a month ago. I can’t even get my refund. You can look at other reviews; they have the same issue. Apple, you need to take this app down.
