The CLAIRITY™+ mobile app is a single app launcher that provides a variety of connected lighting applications for contractors, sales agents or facility maintenance professionals. Within this app are micro-applications from various brands, including Sensor Switch™ (JOT), nLight® (nLight Wired and nLight AIR), and Emergency Lighting Reporting through the STAR application. SensorSwitch™ JOT Wireless pairing of fixtures and controls is accomplished with Just One Touch of a button. The JOT enabled wireless dimming technology allows contractors to install fixtures without running any 0-10V dimming wires. The JOT enabled wireless system is established with common occupancy-based predefined default settings. The CLAIRITY+ mobile app is only needed for advance features and settings. Features: • Selection of behavior zones • Daylight Harvesting adjustments • Microphonics™ adjustments nLight® Wired The nLight Wired application is a cost-effective method that simplifies programming and reduces start-up times for nLight devices in smaller projects. By connecting to an nLight zone with the nIO BT, this allows for the configuration of nLight Wired devices using Bluetooth® technology. Features: • Intuitive user interface for easy programming • Simplified nLight wired device programming to aid in meeting energy code requirements • Simple installation with the nIO BT plugging into the nLight daisy-chain, allowing you to program using the app • Additional wiring not required with power coming directly from the nLight bus nLight® AIR The nLight AIR application provides easy startup, configuration and modification of nLight® AIR wireless controls. The lighting programmer
This has to be one of the worst apps ever made. I would suggest to anyone to not get the app but unfortunately to program any nLight Air product you need to use this app. This app is slow, outdated, and very unreliable. The servers that they use to store all this cloud data are unbelievably slow, signing into the app with multiple saved jobs takes minutes at the very least, just to load the app. Once you’ve loaded in you need to select your job and wait another 5 minutes for that to load, unless it fails, which happens constantly. Please remove this app and release a version 2.0. With all the money Acuity has, I’m surprised nothing has been done to try and fix the widespread issues this app brings.

Programming groups with multiple battery devices

It is difficult to program large spaces with multiple battery devices. Both the rCMSB sensor and the rpod. The troubleshooting window hovers over the grid so if you have multiple devices and one did not take, you can’t see which one it is. Please make that window movable

Eats battery life for breakfast.Phantom zone issue, create a zone that then doesn’t operate or show up in the list. If you try to add that setting to a second zone, it tells you that setting can’t be done for the same device in two zones.Would be great to be able to import a PDF/JPG for background. If the space is large, and not square, it can become difficult to keep track of what’s what.
