I ordered an album of our vacation pictures on Journi Print. The order was processed, but nothing has happened since then regarding the production of the book . There is no way to communicate with an actual person. You have to talk with a “bot” and get nowhere. The bot actually said it could not find my order or email. Twice, I said I wanted to speak to an actual person. To do that, I received (twice) emails containing the conversations with the bots. I replied and explained that my order had not been processed, and couldn’t be “found,” according to the bot. HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS ORDER. I have not heard from anyone to try and resolve this problem. I was hoping for a nice album, but it appears this site is just a scam. Since it is an app, I think people should be made aware.EDITED: My album arrived today and it is nicely done. Someone, Tina, finally contacted me and things were taken care of immediately. So, it’s all good. I bought a hard copy album and it is put together very well. I will order again sometime. I’m only giving 4 stars due to the difficult communication process with the bot.
