Other than that I see Crypterium moving up very fast and being one of the top Crypto apps because of they’re vision and the burn rate.

I just think they need to have more answers for people when they reach out instead of saying it’s gonna be several days. So don’t transfer until you’re verified otherwise your Crypto is stuck and you’re limited to $150 a month transfer. Which means if you have over $1200 balance. Do the math that’s forever and if Crypto rises even longer.

Edit: STILL WAITING FOR KYC. DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR MONEY HERE UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE KYC OTHERWISE YOUR MONEY IS STUCK!!!!

Edit: spoke to the team on Telegram and the support there is better than anywhere else. They are quick to respond and give you more information than the in app support. They finally verified me and I can use the app to its features thank God.

The app does not perform up to the hype that it has been given. Every time I deposited LTC, I had to put in a service ticket to get my balance updated. BTC also required a service ticket to get the right balance. App appears not to read the balance of the actual wallet. You can see the updated balance on the blockchain, but the app will show a different balance until all of the deposits have been confirmed by Crypterium. This may cause your coins to be locked up in their app until they update the balance. Did not like having my coins stuck and not being able to take profits before the dip. ETH seemed to work ok but took a day to process the withdrawal. BTC and LTC withdraws are still processing after 28 hours. Not the place to deposit anything that you are going to be using right away as your coins will be locked up possibly for days. Was able to buy CRPT with BTC and that transaction was completed in seconds. No way to sell CRPT back to BTC. Have to withdraw to exchange in order to sell back CRPT. Chat support was good. They are responsive, but seem to be very busy resolving all of the service requests that they are getting. I like the concept and had high hopes for the app and the company. App left me disappointed and rethinking my investment.

Very easy to use and get Bitcoin into your wallet. However, if you attempt to “cash out” it will error on credit card and say the bank method is “under maintenance” (yeah right...it’s been under maintenance for over a year now). Then if you contact the support they just tell you “oh well that’s not available in your country” (I’m from the USA). So any assets you keep with Crypterium is basically stuck in Crypterium unless you move the currency to a competing wallet (update! They won’t even let you do that either now!). I would avoid this sleezy app. The fact they hide this information leaves a terrible taste Update per dev response: instead of burying the info in T&C, maybe just dim the “Cash out” button?? Is that too hard?? Do I need to contact your support or read multiple pages of a legal document just to find out the option is not available in my country? Name one other platform on the internet where you need to contact support to remove a credit card that is on file. I’ll wait..

Developer response says USA isn’t on the list, but it is LITERALLY on the list! How is this not a scam
