My belize bank app goes black before logging in and doesn’t show anything for the past few days also whenever I transfer it should go back to the checking insteadimg of showing the action to transfer again I’ve mistakenly sent money two times because of this thanks .

The app bugs out and you reach to them via email and they still take forever to answer or don't even answer at all if you need assistance.Can we change that customer service!My problem is after the loading screen it goes full white page and no “login” pops up.
