Doesn’t work most of the time

This app works, maybe one out of 10 times and that’s being generous. Half the time it doesn’t recognize the reference card nor will it focus properly to capture the information you want. It’s a great idea but Really poor in practice. It’s also very difficult to get anyone from company to answer anything about it.

This app worked well on my iPhone SE gen 3, but when I upgraded to the iPhone 16 it proved unable to focus the camera, and I think it's using the wide-angle instead of the standard camera. But fortunately the lab has an iPad mini gen 6, and the app works fine with its camera. We use it to test for organic peroxides in waste solvents, and it seems reliable for this, with the right device. Merck should update the app to work with newer iPhones though.

Literally just doesn’t work

Yea what it says on the tin lol. You hold the camera up to the strip on the card and no matter how many times you try/reposition, it literally just never reads the strip
