Gather Site Diary
Construction daily reports
Free
Gather is the site diary built for construction teams.
Log a full shift in about five minutes on site, even offline, and give your commercial team a record they can actually use.
WHAT YOU RECORD
• Shift times, access and possessions
• Labour, plant and materials against the programme
• Progress, delays and events as they happen
• GPS-tagged, timestamped photos
• Weather, captured automatically
• Hours allocation and deliveries
BUILT FOR SITE, NOT THE OFFICE
• Works offline and syncs when you get signal
• Voice-to-text that works in gloves and rain
• A guided 8-step entry, so nothing gets missed
• Up to 64% of fields pre-filled from the programme
WHY THE RECORD MATTERS
Construction contracts set strict notice periods for changes and delays. Miss one and you can lose the right to be paid. Behind the app, Gather's QS AI Agent reviews every diary entry against your contract, flags likely claimable events and early warnings, and drafts the notice with the clause reference, so your commercial team sees it in time.
FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
• Supervisors and foremen: a quick daily diary with no office trip
• Site and project managers: one consistent record across every shift
• QS and commercial teams: contemporaneous evidence for claims, valuations and disputes
TRUSTED ON MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
• 4,500+ daily users
• £25bn+ of project value managed
• Rated 4.8/5 from 82 reviews on Capterra
• ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus
Works with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Microsoft 365.
Gather is used by contractor and client teams with a company account. To set it up on your project, book a demo at gatherinsights.com.
